Nothing like a floral shirt and a bright fuchsia colored bag to liven up an outfit. I didn’t realize how eye-catching this little crossover/clutch was until my mom took these pictures. You know, this bag could double as a flare if you are ever lost in the woods. Just toss it into the air a few times, someone is bound to notice. I also make a great buoy by holding said fluorescent number; no ship shall ever be lost at sea again! Maybe I should have titled this post “101 other purposes for a clutch.” I’ve already named two, only 99 left. Hmm, alright, how about “2 other purposes for a clutch!” Just take my word for it, this is a good, multipurpose bag. Have a great weekend!
P.S. Be sure to tune in on Monday, I will be hosting a fantastic GIVEAWAY!!!

They’re back!!! Be prepared to see these awesome faux-leather pants (remember them from this post) regularly on the blog. I would sleep in these babies if I could, but something tells me that seeping in leather is better left for people such as Dita Von Teese or Elvira. And since I’m not rolling around in a giant martini glass for my day job or hosting Halloween shows, wearing them during the day will suffice. I’m excited to style these into the fall with some chunky knits. Maybe I will roll around in a giant beer mug or coffee cup while wearing them to channel Ms. Von Teese. No, not the same effect? Alright, I will keep my day job…
P.S. Hope you have a super Thursday! Thanks for reading:)

I’m doing a complete 180 from yesterday’s post! It’s back to business in this tweed twin suit or should I say, non-twin suit. Among many other fabrics, I love any and all things tweed. So when I noticed these two pieces in my closet, I said to myself “Why not put them together?” This is a case of like attracts like. I could have really gone for it and worn my tweed tee underneath, but that might have been overload, so polka dots it was. Oh, and the shoes, they are pretty awesome. Not very practical, a little difficult to walk in, but so worth it. Some peep toe pumps would give this outfit a completely different look and be office appropriate:) Off to my imaginary business meeting in my mismatched tweed suit with crazy heels! Hope you have a great day!
TIP: Try mixing and matching you pant suits and jackets into different combinations. The key is to keep all other accessories (shoes, bags, shirts) in the same color family as either the jacket or pant.
